I received damaged equipment, what should I do?

Upon receiving your machine, we will send you a WeProov report of the equipment’s condition. If you wish to dispute it, please contact your Bergerat RENT agency by email or by telephone  within 24 hours of receiving the report.

My machine has broken down, what should I do?

How can I log in if I have a customer account?
